Payment

Prices in our online store are in Euro.

Our site is running on the Shopify eCommerce hosting service, all eCommerce functions are professionally and securely provided by Shopify (Shopify is Certified PCI DDS compliant). Our original URL is msl-digital-solutions.myshopify.com . Checkout is using the standard Shopify PayPal Express method for payments, besides offering high security, this guarantees that your purchase is fully protected under the PayPal Buyer Protection policy (also called PayPal Purchase Protection). With Paypal Express Checkout a PayPal account is not required, you can also choose a credit card for secure payment.

As a second option we accept Bitcoin using BitPay.

 

Shipping

Shipping cost is EUR 4.50 ( i.e about USD 5 ) to all countries. We ship anywhere in the world where there is postal service.

All in-stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. 
All items are fully tested, inspected before dispatch, and are carefully packed which electronic board and kits wrapped in antistatic material.
We ship the ordered items by Registered Air Mail from Thailand, where the boards are manufactured. The delivery time should be around 10 to 15 days to USA and Europe, but this cannot be guaranteed as it depends on many factors, i.e. postal service, customs, etc.
You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. It is impossible for us to predict your country's customs/fee habits, but for many countries there are no fees for small amounts. If you do not pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to you.
Customs are quite different in each country. Please comment while you are placing order about the requirements, we will support as much as possible.
Parcels are sent by registered Air Mail and are insured against loss or damage up to a value of EUR 30.
You will receive a mail tracking number to trace the whereabouts of your order.

Returns Policy

To arrange for a return use the contact form. We will accept returns of products for any reason within 14 days of you having received it. Items must be returned in original packaging and must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please use registered mail so we can track the item. All returns are credited within one week of arrival. Please use the ‘contact us’ form before returning any package. Contact us if you have any issues and we will do our best to help you.

 

Limited Warranty

MSL Digital Solutions warrants that the products sold will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of shipment of the products to you, the Customer. In the event of a defect covered by this limited warranty, MSL Digital Solutions will, at its option and free of charge to Customer, repair, replace or refund the purchase price paid. 
MSL Digital Solutions makes no other express warranties except as provided herein, and any and all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose shall only be in effect during the 6 month warranty period provided hereunder. MSL Digital Solutions's liability on any warranty claim shall be limited to the actual purchase price paid. MSL Digital Solutions shall not be responsible to customer or any third party for any consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, revenues, sales, business, goodwill or use.
