We have tested the new Raspberry Pi 2 with the RemotePi Board for Pi 2 and B+ and can confirm that everything works 100%, no changes to hardware required, the Pi 2 uses the same shutdown scripts as the older Raspberry Pi models.
The Raspberry Pi 2 is FAST, 20s to boot OpenElec ! Everything is much more responsive, this is a big step towards making the Raspberry Pi platform perfect for media center applications !
